Mr.Kannan Nair or corporately known as Mr.K treasures a Diploma in Manufacturing, UK.  He has held senior management positions in Plantations, Manufacturing and Construction related industries. He then upgraded himself into the domain of Management Consultancy with more than 35 years of hands-on experience. Mr.K's forte is "turning around" companies; and he is a specialist in strategic development, interim management and design, development and implementation of systems that are user and customer oriented aligned with corporate objectives.

Mr.K's background consists of leadership roles in turning around, onsite, global operations and quality for high profile business ventures. Throughout his career, he has been known for his proficiency in producing positive results, to both the internal and external customers with an adorable expertise in overcoming existing deficiencies in employee, customer dissatisfaction, production, operations, and financial issues through effective turnaround management practices, resulting in the achievement of long and short term goals.

Together with Dr.Suresh Kumar and other leading consultants, Mr.K has been instrumental in conceptualising and  implementing best practices and quality assurances, improving quality management systems, creating tracking systems, and writing procedures. Being a profit-driven gentleman, Mr.K takes-charge with excellent communication, organisational, detail, and problem-solving skills.
